My 12 week online nutrition coaching program is not a diet or quick fix program. This program was designed to help you become a better version of yourself by learning basic, fundamental healthy habits that will help you learn to make healthier choices one step at a time. Throughout the program, you get to choose which healthy habits to focus on and then you can add advanced approaches (macro break downs, intermittent fasting, etc.) as you go through the program if it makes sense. After reading each week's lesson, there is an accountability task to complete and a check-in with your coach. Your coach is there to guide you with every step of your health journey and give you the motivation to create your new healthy lifestyle.
